When you call, text or use our quote form, we collect what you give us: your name, phone number, the service you're interested in, any photos you attach, and the page you sent it from. Our website also uses Google Analytics, which collects anonymous usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate location) using cookies.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your request, prepare an estimate and carry out your project. If you tick the consent box, we may text you about your project. Analytics data helps us understand which pages are useful. We never sell your information.

Who processes it

Form submissions are handled by our website host (Netlify) and delivered to our email. Analytics is processed by Google. These providers may store data outside Canada.

Your choices

You can withdraw text-message consent at any time by replying STOP. You can block analytics cookies in your browser. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email solidlandscapers@gmail.com or call 437-299-1681.

Retention

We keep project records as long as needed for the work and legal requirements, then delete them.

Cookies

Our site sets cookies only for Google Analytics, to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not use advertising cookies. You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings at any time, and the site will keep working.

Security

The site is served only over an encrypted (HTTPS) connection. Access to form submissions and project records is limited to the people who need them to serve you.
