Mississauga
Mississauga
Our base. From post-war bungalows in Applewood to custom rebuilds in Mineola and ravine lots in Lorne Park, Mississauga lots vary a lot, and so do the driveway width rules (By-law 0182-2024 sets limits by lot frontage).
Also serving Port Credit, Cooksville, Erindale, Clarkson.
Applewood
Applewood (Applewood Acres and Applewood Heights) is one of Mississauga's original post-war suburbs: brick bungalows and back-splits from the 1950s and 60s on wide, deep lots, many now being renovated or rebuilt.
